Hello. I hope you're doing well. Last week on 9/18/24 I had booked a room for $113.36 but later canceled. I was told that i would get a refund. I also received an email stating my refund..... However; I still haven't received it. Also; Last week, on 9/26/24, I booked (PAID FOR) a room for $118.81, plus $100 extra upon arrival; Which was supposed to be just a "Hold"... I also haven't received that yet. I believe Studio Inn & Suites at Promenade, Downey now owes me a Total of $213.36 as of NOW (Sunday, 9/29/24 6:58PM) I'll be checking in with within a few days. Thank you for your time

For the price you get great value for this location. I just used it as a stop for an event that was a little out the way for me. Close to the 105, so it made it easy to get around. Room was pretty clean and modernized. Everything was nice and neat and in order.

We lived in room 204, on the second floor overlooking the courtyard with parking and swimming pool. There were no problems with parking There are all the amenities to spend the night (a large bed, 4 pillows, a blanket, a refrigerator, a microwave, a hair dryer, soap), the room was cleaned every day. We liked the area by itself, there are a lot of cafes and shops.

Location of the building is great, everything you can ask and think of is a walking distance. Reserved for one day and ended up staying 3 days. Room 226 was huge and to me maybe the best room in the building being at the very corner of it I had a very nice view...

The location was great, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It was more like a motel and the room was adequate, but the staff were exceptional. They were very pleasant and accommodating.
